New Implementing Systems

• Every guest will be required to wear a mask at all times. If you do not have one, it will be provided for a small fee

• You will be required to immediately wash your hands upon arrival to your appointment.


• No additional guests will be allowed in the salon with you during your visit.

• Call or text upon arrival, must wait in your car or outside until called into salon


• There will be a set of questions asked to everyone as well as a temperature check before entering the salon

• Invoice payments will be accepted after service in salon. To protect the safety of staff and guests


• No services will be performed on anyone who has symptoms or has come in contact with anyone tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days.

• Automatic non-contact Hand Sanitizer will be available

• All guests will be required to wear a disposable apron

• All equipment, supplies and surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected before, during and after each
client service





Proper Infection Control

I want to assure you all safety precautions will be followed at all items in order to keep everyone safe and healthy. Your health is our biggest concern.

➢ Every counter, door handle, phones will be cleaned and disinfected at the beginning of the day and every 1-2 hours until end of day
• Reception and retail area
• Workstations
• Shampoo bowls and back bar
• Restroom
• Color room
• Laundry

➢ Disinfectant for immersion will be made fresh daily

➢ Stations, chairs, rolling carts and any other storage containers disinfected daily

➢ Disposable chair covers will be in use

➢ No walk-in’s- (only appointments)

➢ No hand shaking, hugging, and non-essential contact

➢ No magazines, self-serve beverages, or shared snacks/candy at this time 

➢ Hand washing with soap and water for 30 seconds before and after eating and using the bathroom

➢ All staff are required to wash their hands before and after servicing a client

➢ Gloves must be changed between services and wash your hands after the gloves are removed


➢ All guests will have their temperatures taken upon arrival at the salon using a no touch thermometer.

➢ Questions that will be asked: Do you have a fever? Do you have any of the following: cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, or sore throat


➢ Are you currently living with someone who has been sick in the past 14 days?
